bbokk Terms and Conditions

bbokk is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for adult users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bbokk ("we", "our") and the user ("you", "your").

Withdrawals

Currency

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times (deposit + bonus). Withdrawals cannot be made unless the total combined amount of the bonus and deposit has been wagered 25 times.

General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each promotional offer only once.
• Each bonus has a specific expiry period; the bonus balance will be cancelled once the period ends.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games specified by bbokk.
• bbokk reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus at any time at its discretion.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, bbokk may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts is a punishable offence.

VIP Program

bbokk's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback ranges from a maximum of 0.3% at Bronze up to 1.5% at Diamond. Higher tiers can be reached by playing more and staying active on the platform.

All games on the bbokk platform are conducted fairly and impartially. The following rules apply to gaming.

Game Results

• All game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Game results are final and cannot be changed, unless a technical error is proven.
• Any winnings obtained illegitimately due to a technical error will be considered void.
• In the event of a disconnection, the data recorded on the game server will be treated as final.

Betting Limits

Technical Issues

• Providing false or incorrect identity information.
• Attempting to hack or otherwise manipulate the system or game software.
• Using bots, automated software or any other improper technology.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.
• Colluding with other users or using fraudulent tactics.
• Threatening or harassing bbokk staff.
• Assisting minors in accessing gaming.

bbokk reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances.

Reasons for Suspension or Closure

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Providing false information.
• Court or regulatory authority order.

Voluntary Account Closure
